VEGETARIAN AND BODYBUILDING

It has always been said that vegetarians can’t build muscles. I absolutely disagree and hereby give my example to state my point. I have been a vegetarian, by choice, all my life. When I began training in pursuit of muscle, I was always de-motivated by ‘the learned’. Every trainer and nutritionist I turned to for assistance, told me that I would have to consume eggs at least, to achieve my dream of having a muscular body…. Never the one to give up! I started studying about nutrition and training; experimenting with food and workout routines. This quest began about 20 years ago. I do not say ‘it’s ended’, but can proudly say that, I’ve come a long way! Being muscular and strong, is a reality for me today….and a reality for all the vegetarian clients I’ve trained over the years.
